How do I advertise for free?

Sign Up to register your Username and Password to open your account and post your advertisement straight away. There are different accounts for real estate professionals and private advertisers so be sure to choose the correct one. Both types of account allow unlimited listings.

Why is your service free? How do you make money?

We ensure a comprehensive selection of properties is always offered on Estates Alliance by allowing free listings. We offer premium paid advertising which appears during the filtered search on Estates Alliance. Your listings will also appear for free on our media partner websites but with the option for premium paid positions for which revenue is shared with us.

How do I upload property listings?

In your account you will find an easy-to-use template allowing you to add text, tick feature boxes and upload photographs. Photographs will automatically be re-sized to fit the website. Listings are filtered and then appear immediately.

How will I receive enquiries?

All enquiries are strictly confidential and sent direct to advertisers. After uploading your first listing, send a test enquiry to make sure it reaches your inbox. If it arrives in your junk mail box by mistake, move it to your inbox so future emails will not be misdirected. If your emails are filtered you should regularly check your Message Inbox in your Estates Alliance account.

How can I arrange a direct feed for my property listings?

Ask your website technical service provider to contact us via our Support link and we will arrange a free seamless link to Estates Alliance.

Is there a limit to the number of listings I can add?

No, all advertisers can upload as many properties as they like.

How do I cancel my listings on Estates Alliance?

In your account you can either delete advertisements or hide them for use again in the future.
